PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Next month, South Dakota becomes the 12th state to allow concealed weapons on public college campuses. That’s the result of a new law passed by this year’s legislature and signed by Governor Larry Rhoden. According to South Dakota News Watch, officials are busy drafting policies to comply with the new law.
